AnnMarie
Office Manager
With more than 40 years of orthodontic experience, AnnMarie is the heart of New Hyde Park Orthodontics for 17 years. Her career began as a dental assistant, giving her a deep understanding of every aspect of patient care. Today, as our Office Manager, she helps keep our practice running smoothly while supporting both our team and Dr. Cho in creating the exceptional experience our patients have come to expect.
AnnMarie believes that a positive workplace leads to happy patients, and she works every day to foster a culture built on kindness, teamwork, and compassion. Her calm leadership, experience, and genuine care help make our office feel like family.
Outside the office, AnnMarie is a proud mother of two and grandmother of two. She enjoys swimming, gardening, advocating for animals, traveling, and catching a Dave Matthews Band concert whenever she can.
Harleen
Clinical Manager
Harleen is the friendly leader behind our clinical team for the past 17 years, overseeing patient flow, assisting Dr. Cho, and helping every appointment run seamlessly. After beginning her career in general dentistry, she found her passion in orthodontics and continues to expand her knowledge through continuing education, ensuring our patients receive outstanding care.
Harleen loves creating an environment where patients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for. She believes that smiles are contagious, and her positive energy and sense of humor help make every visit enjoyable.
When she's not at the office, Harleen enjoys spending time with her family, reading, working out, traveling with friends, listening to music, and proudly representing Ravenclaw as a devoted Harry Potter fan.
Linda
Treatment Coordinator
For more than 25 years, Linda has had the privilege of helping patients begin one of the most exciting journeys of their lives—a new smile. After experiencing orthodontics firsthand with her own children, she discovered a passion for helping others achieve the same confidence and life-changing results.
For the past 15 years at New Hyde Park Orthodontics, Linda welcomes new patients, answering questions, and helps families feel informed and comfortable every step of the way. One of her favorite moments is watching quiet, hesitant patients transform into confident young adults who can't stop smiling.
Outside of work, Linda is a proud mother of four and grandmother of seven. She enjoys gardening, holistic living, traveling to see the Dave Matthews Band, and spending weekends camping by the ocean in her travel trailer
Kristine
Certified Dental Assistant
Kristine is a Certified Dental Assistant with extensive orthodontic experience and advanced training in dental specialties. She works closely with Dr. Cho throughout treatment, helping patients feel comfortable while delivering exceptional clinical care.
What Kristine enjoys most is seeing the incredible transformation that happens during orthodontic treatment—not just straighter teeth, but happier, more confident smiles. She loves building relationships with patients and celebrating each milestone along the way.
Outside the office, Kristine is the proud mom of two wonderful boys. She enjoys concerts, movies, traveling, discovering new restaurants, and exploring different cuisines wherever she goes.
Lauren
Treatment Coordinator
Lauren is one of the first smiling faces you'll meet at New Hyde Park Orthodontics. As a Treatment Coordinator, she welcomes new patients, assists with consultations alongside Dr. Cho, and helps families feel informed and excited about starting treatment.
She also enjoys coordinating many of our community outreach projects, bringing our team's passion for giving back beyond the walls of the office. Lauren loves meeting new families and believes that teamwork is what makes every patient experience truly special.
Lauren and her husband, Jack, have been married for 19 years and have a son, Shane. She's an enthusiastic fan of the Mets, Giants, and Islanders, enjoys crocheting, and believes every home is better with at least two dogs.
Kristi
Finance and Insurance Coordinator
Kristi helps make orthodontic treatment both understandable and affordable. As our Finance and Insurance Coordinator, she assists families with financial arrangements, insurance benefits, and account questions, helping simplify what can often feel overwhelming.
Known for her warm personality and love of conversation, Kristi enjoys getting to know our patients and building lasting relationships throughout their orthodontic journey. Her goal is for every family to feel supported from their very first visit until the day they celebrate their new smile.
Kristi has been married to her husband, Tom, since 2019 and is the proud mom to five rescue cats. She enjoys long walks on the beach, early morning walks with Jimi Hendrix playing through her headphones, and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys.
Laura
Clinical Assistant
With more than 35 years of orthodontic experience, Laura brings exceptional skill, compassion, and dedication to every patient she treats. She works closely with Dr. Cho to ensure patients receive outstanding care while helping them feel comfortable throughout their orthodontic journey.
Laura's favorite day is "braces off" day, when she gets to celebrate each patient's incredible smile transformation and newfound confidence.
Outside of the office, Laura has been happily married for over 25 years and is the proud mother of three sons. She enjoys traveling, playing soccer, and spending quality time with her family.
Kathy
Front Desk
With more than three decades of orthodontic experience, Kathy is one of the welcoming faces who helps make every visit to New Hyde Park Orthodontics a pleasant one. She keeps our busy office running smoothly by managing appointments while also overseeing many of the behind-the-scenes details that help our practice operate efficiently.
Patients appreciate Kathy's friendly personality, organization, and willingness to help, whether they're checking in for an appointment or simply have a question.
Kathy is the proud mother of two daughters and grandmother of two. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Art History and enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and making memories with her grandchildren.
Arielle
Clinical Liaison
Arielle serves as the bridge between Dr. Cho, our patients, and their dental providers, ensuring every step of treatment is coordinated with care and attention. From scheduling extractions and managing Invisalign scans to delivering aligners and communicating with referring doctors, Arielle helps create a smooth and stress-free experience for every patient.
She values the close-knit, family atmosphere of our office and enjoys building relationships with patients while helping them navigate their treatment with confidence.
Outside the office, Arielle is a proud vegan and cat mom to Jack and Waffles. She enjoys reading, cozy video games, concerts, music festivals, and giving back to the community by maintaining the Little Free Library at New Hyde Park Memorial Park.
RoseMarie
Patient Care Coordinator
RoseMarie believes every patient deserves to feel welcomed, valued, and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. As one of the first team members new patients meet, she helps guide families through the beginning of their orthodontic journey while providing education and support for braces and Invisalign treatment.
Her patience, kindness, and genuine compassion help patients feel comfortable, confident, and excited about creating their new smile.
When she's not caring for patients, RoseMarie enjoys spending time with her large family as the proud mother of nine children and grandmother of eleven. She loves music, dancing, reading, true crime documentaries, and relaxing at home with her German Shepherd, American Bully, and beloved rescue cat.
